Is Drive Fitness a basketball training facility?

No. Drive Fitness offers many different services that caters to ALL athletes, weekend warriors, and people of ALL ages who are serious about getting results from their exercise program.

Do Drive Fitness memberships have contracts or initiation fees?

No. At Drive Fitness, we are confident in the service and experience we provide so we feel it is unnecessary to “lock” our members into long term contracts or charge initiation fees.

Is there a “Ladies Only” section at Drive Fitness?

No. Drive Fitness does however offer specialty programs exclusively for women.  “Lady Driven” is group fitness program specifically for women that incorporates strength training, core conditioning, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning.  This program is led by a Drive Fitness trainer who will motivate, educate and empower you to reach levels you never thought imaginable.

Is there towel service at Drive Fitness?

Yes.  Towel service costs $1.00.

Is the basketball court open to members of Drive Fitness?

Yes. The basketball court is available to members of Drive Fitness when it is not being used for private basketball programs.

How old do you have to be to go to Drive Fitness?

To be a member of Drive Fitness, you must be at least 14 years of age. However, there are specialty programs such as the  Kidfit that, under the supervision of a certified trainer, cater to children as young as 8 years old.

What hours is Drive Fitness open?

Monday/Wed/Friday: 6:30am - 9:30pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 9:00am - 9:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

What is included in a Functional Fitness Assessment?

The Functional Fitness Assessment is a full evaluation of overall health, fitness, as well as performance if you are an athlete. The assessment includes measurements of height, weight, body composition, flexibility, posture, core strength, endurance, speed, agility, and power.

Do you have to be a member to partcipate in Drive Fitness training programs?

No.  Drive Fitness is one of few facilities that does not require you to become a member to reap the benefits of its specialty programs.  We realize that our training programs are unique and our goal is to have as many people experience what we offer without any additional committments.
